Built by our family, this large 3 bedroom home has plenty of space for 3 couples or a family. Able to sleep up to 6 guests, the architecturally designed home creates a comfortable space to share your vacation with both friends and family alike, all while still having the privacy you need. The large master bathroom offers a two-person shower and the guest bathroom offers a tub shower combo, with a half bath located in the living room. The home is equipped with a well-established kitchen and large living space with two additional 'recreation' rooms that can be used as reading spaces or an office.

Set on 2 acres of land, there is plenty of outdoor space and a large deck at the front. Enjoy an early evening BBQ while watching the sunset or a starlit dinner on the patio.

While staying with us, you have access to all of our seasonally grown produce. Your host would be more than happy to show you around the farm and introduce you to the goats upon request.

"We can't say enough about how lovely Kanza's home and hospitality are. There is total privacy, wide open space both inside and outside, gorgeous views, friendly chickens and all the fruit one might want to taste in a tropical garden! Absolutely everything had been anticipated to make our stay enjoyable. Our hosts were relaxed, engaged when we needed them, informative and all 'round delightful people. We would visit again in a heartbeat!"

"The property was just like the photos and even more spacious. The property is exceptionally equipped with everything you can imagine and more. The beds and linens are comfortable and new with plenty of pillows and extra linens. Lots of soft high quality towels both for the bath and for the beach along with beach chairs and the washer and dryer are great for returning from a day at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked some amazing meals while there. The view into the yard full of citrus trees is soothing, picking oranges for fresh orange juice, limes and fresh grapefruit from the trees is a wonderful addition to a holiday morning. The farms chickens are a nice greeting each morning with your coffee we named them all. The location is not far from Paia at all and the Haiku store is less than a couple miles up the road and is stocked with everything you need. The Makai location presents a number of storms rolling through the back yard from time to time but adds to the beauty as they never last long and always provide for a rainbow from the large covered deck. The beaches on the north shore are windy so we toured to the other side as well as enjoyed the beaches close by. What else can I say the property and how it is set up is exceptional and I would recommend anyone to stay and enjoy the ambience and privacy this property provides. We very much enjoyed our two week stay over Christmas in the spacious oasis."

A++++ Rental (Would stay again!)

We enjoyed our stay very much in this charming farm house. You can tell the owner cares very much about the property, and the quality of your stay. The chickens were also a huge hit!

Enjoyed Maui "on the farm"

Everything was great. The property was unique and the chickens provided daily entertainment, including leaving an egg or two each day on the front porch in the basket. Sunsets were nice and some ocean views out the back. The location was great...about 5 minutes to Momma's Fish House and 10 minutes to Paia. About 5 miles to the start of the Road to Hana, which was very convenient for us. We had no issues at all and had everything we need. Would stay there again.

Staying at Hookipa Farm was amazing and made my friends and I feel like we were staying in a relaxing and well-loved home. The house is just as pictured, big with room for activities and plenty of space for five adults. The kitchen lent itself to family meals, and the plethora of beach towels and gear made our beach days seamless. You can tell a lot of love and good times have been had at this farmhouse! I am so sad to be writing this review only because it means that I’ve left! I definitely would come back and stay again. Kanza and her fiancé were friendly and respectful and the rules and responsiveness of questions we had was amazing! Highly recommend this place. The chickens make you feel like you have instant friends and the star gazing at night from the lawn is not to be missed. It’s also a five minute drive from Mama’s fish house so you really can’t complain! I cannot wait to come back. Mahalo!

Our stay at Kanza’s home in Haiku was absolutely wonderful! The space was larger than we expected, airy and very comfortable for our family. The spaces were very clean and well stocked with soap, linens and every kitchen appliance and utensil you would need. The kitchen was enormous and great for families who like to cook or eat in. The neighborhood was quiet and away from the touristy areas so we felt right at home and felt like a local visiting the town center at Haiku and nearby Paia. There’s great local food options and the location is convenient, close to beaches and not too far from the airport and larger stores and restaurants as well. Kanza was super quick to respond to any of our questions and was a great host as she and her family tended to the animals and the farm during the day. We also collected oranges from the yard and made fresh squeezed orange juice which was incredibly delicious! We had the most relaxing and lovely stay and would highly recommend this home!
